OUR CARE AND FEEDING PROCESS

A parrot cage serves as a designated retreat within your home for your feathered companions, providing a familiar and secure territory. It also plays a crucial role in meeting their needs, specifically in terms of regulating lighting. As a general guide, parrots require 12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness to thrive. The appropriate size of the cage varies depending on the species. All parrots should have enough space within the fully-furnished cage to stretch their wings comfortably. For species with longer tails, taller cages are essential to accommodate their tail length. It is worth noting the importance of furnishing the cage adequately – research into suitable materials for your specific parrot’s species will ensure a comfortable and enriching living environment for them in their “bird cave.”
